When you submit our AI audit request form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and information about your business size, industry, and AI usage. We only collect information you voluntarily provide.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your audit request, contact you about our services, and improve how we deliver our work. We do not use your data for advertising purposes or sell it to third parties.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely on servers within the EU. We retain your data for up to 3 years from the date of submission, after which it is permanently deleted unless you have entered into a service agreement with us.
Third-party services
We use Make (formerly Integromat) to process form submissions and Calendly to manage meeting bookings. These services operate under their own privacy policies and may process your data on our behalf.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You may also object to processing or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please email us at info@aiifi.com and we will respond within 30 days.
